BWHealth is a clinician and employee-owned managed services organization designed to give independent practices the operational strength of a large system — without sacrificing autonomy, ownership, or integrity. We’re putting our roots down in in Colorado – to see a well community, and well economy.
BWHealth is a Cooperative
In function and on the principles – that is. We are founded as a public benefit corporation – our desire to make the administrative burden easier so our clinicians can focus on what they do best: helping their clients.
Bridgewell Health begins as a service relationship.
Ownership is available — and encouraged — but never forced.
You don’t have to “believe in a movement” to benefit.
You just have to want stronger systems.
Bridgewell is building differently. We are intentionally reducing unnecessary reliance on concentrated tech ecosystems, prioritizing interoperable systems, and designing infrastructure with portability and governance in mind. By building shared revenue cycle systems, compliance frameworks, HR operations, financial reporting tools, and secure data environments, we lower per-practice cost while strengthening our power. Most importantly, we protect clinician ownership — including control over operational data, financial visibility, and long-term strategic direction.
Infrastructure should stabilize practices, not position them for acquisition or leave them stuck behind the desk managing them.
